♻️✨ REPAIR ACTRESSES: 10 years of commitment and an inspiring visit to DUBOURG GROUP

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, DUBOURG GROUPE had the pleasure of welcoming a group of committed and passionate women: the REPAIR ACTRESSES, a program supported by the French Federation of Bodywork (FFC) – Greater Southwest Region.
This meeting was part of an initiative led by Pascal Boulinguier, Secretary of FFC GSO Repairers, whom we warmly thank for this moment of exchange and sharing. 🙏

🎉 10 years of actions to transform the sector

The year 2025 marks an important milestone for the REPAIR'ACTRICES, who are celebrating their 10 years of existence.
For a decade, this program has been actively working to:

• to promote women's skills in the bodywork trades,
• to encourage vocations,
• deconstruct the stereotypes that are still too prevalent in the automotive sector.

The REPAIR ACTRESSES thus participate in the transformation of the profession by placing inclusion, innovation and eco-responsible commitment at the heart of their actions. 👩‍🔧

🏭 A morning of discovery and exchange

The morning began with introductions, followed by an in-depth exploration of the activities of DUBOURG GROUP.
The visit to our site then allowed the participants to exchange ideas about our working methods, our practices and our commitments, in a friendly and constructive spirit.

A surprise guest joined these discussions: Patrick Nardou, President of the French Federation of Bodywork, whose presence was particularly appreciated.
