Car dismantler (M/F)

Located in Gironde, very close to the prestigious Saint-Emilion vineyard, Dubourg Automobiles is a family company, founded in 1960 by François Dubourg, specializing in the sale of reused auto parts.

Today, managed by Dominique Dubourg, his sister Patricia and his two sons, Jean-Baptiste & Andréa, it continues its development within the Dubourg Automobiles group made up of 5 companies:

• Dubourg Automobiles, automotive recycler.
• Dubourg Logistic, specializing in the road transport of end-of-life vehicles.
• Dubourg Montage et Services, specializing in the assembly of new and used parts as well as vehicle maintenance
• BTVA, automotive recycler located in Petit-Palais-Et-Cornemps (33)
• DA Racing, specializing in the construction, acquisition and operation of competition cars (RallyCross and e-Trophée Andros).

• 14,000 vehicles processed on average per year;
• 45,000 pieces in stock available for sale, in store and online;
• 250 car parts dismantled per day
• 100 employees all trained in the specificities of the profession
• 10 hectares of meticulously maintained farmland.

The Dubourg Automobiles group operates across the large southwest quarter of France, but also abroad: Spain, Portugal, Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Job Description 

As part of the development of its business, DUBOURG AUTOMOBILES is recruiting a Dismantling Mechanic (M/F) to carry out pollution control and dismantling of parts on vehicles. Function details 

• Decontamination of end-of-life vehicles (extraction of fluids, deactivation of airbags, removal of tires, etc.)
• Disassembly of parts (bodywork, mechanics, electronics, etc.)
• Quality control of dismantled parts
• Compliance with safety rules during dismantling
• Compliance with environmental regulations during dismantling
• Wearing PPE
• Cleaning the workstation
• Careful use of the equipment provided.

Training to fill the position

• Internal training of dismantling processes
• Awareness of good practices to adopt (wearing PPE, using available tools, etc.)

Contract and benefits

From Tuesday to Saturday

6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Remuneration: from €2,000 gross per month

13th month
