Located in Gironde, near the prestigious Saint-Émilion vineyards, Dubourg Automobiles is a family business founded in 1960 by François Dubourg. Specializing in the sale of used auto parts from recycled vehicles, the company has continued to evolve and structure itself around its founding values: quality, service, and sustainable development.

Today led by Dominique Dubourg, accompanied by his sister Patricia and his two sons, Jean-Baptiste and Andréa, the company continues its growth within the Dubourg Group, composed of six complementary entities:

• Dubourg Automobiles : specialized in automotive recycling (in Rauzan, 33420)
• BTVA : specialized in automotive recycling (in Petit-Palais-et-Cornemps, 33570)
• Auto Recovery : specializing in automotive recycling (in Saint Priest de Gimel, 19800)
• Dubourg Logistic : specialized in the transport of damaged and used vehicles
• Dubourg Assembly and Services : specialized in the assembly of automotive parts and vehicle maintenance
• DA Racing : specialized in the operation of competition vehicles

• 6,500 vehicles processed on average per year; ;
• Over 60,000 items in stock available for sale, in store and online; ;
• 250 car parts dismantled per day

Operating across the greater Southwest region and internationally (Spain, Portugal, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe), the group is currently seeking two car dismantlers to join the company Dubourg Automobiles, located at Rauzan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Dubourg Automobiles is recruiting 3 car dismantlers (M/F). You will be responsible for depolluting end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) and dismantling mechanical, electronic or body parts intended for resale.

MAIN MISSIONS

Depollution of end-of-life vehicles

• Fluid extraction (fuel, oil, coolant, etc.)
• Neutralization of pyrotechnic elements (airbags)
• Tire removal

Dismantling and processing of parts

• Dismantling of mechanical, electronic and bodywork parts
• Quality control of dismantled parts

Adherence to procedures and the work environment

• Compliance with safety rules (wearing PPE, good workshop practices)
• Compliance with environmental standards related to waste treatment
• Cleaning and tidying the workstation
• Careful and responsible use of the equipment provided

Training

Comprehensive in-house training is provided on:

• The pollution control procedures
• The dismantling process
• The use of tools
• Safety and environmental guidelines

PROFILE SOUGHT

CONTRACT AND BENEFITS

• Contract type: 1 fixed-term replacement contract + 2 permanent contracts.
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Weekly hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours
