Located in Gironde, very close to the prestigious Saint-Emilion vineyard, Dubourg Automobiles is a family company, founded in 1960 by François Dubourg, specializing in the sale of reused auto parts.
Today, managed by Dominique Dubourg, his sister Patricia and his two sons, Jean-Baptiste & Andréa, it continues its development within the Dubourg Automobiles group made up of 5 companies:
- Dubourg Automobiles, automotive recycler.
- Dubourg Logistic, specializing in the road transport of end-of-life vehicles.
- Dubourg Montage et Services, specializing in the assembly of new and used parts as well as vehicle maintenance
- BTVA, automotive recycler located in Petit-Palais-Et-Cornemps (33)
- DA Racing, specializing in the construction, acquisition and operation of competition cars (RallyCross and e-Trophée Andros).
In a few figures, the Dubourg Automobiles group is:
- 14,000 vehicles processed on average per year;
- 45,000 pieces in stock available for sale, in store and online;
- 250 car parts dismantled per day
- 100 employees all trained in the specificities of the profession
- 10 hectares of meticulously maintained farmland.
The Dubourg Automobiles group operates across the large southwest quarter of France, but also abroad: Spain, Portugal, Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Your mission:
Inasmuch as technical sales representative, you are the ambassador of our company. The first point of contact for our private and professional clients, you play a key role in customer satisfaction and in the quality of service that has built our reputation.
On a daily basis, you:
- Welcome and advise our professional and individual clients at the counter, by telephone or by email.
- Identify the part the customer is looking for precisely.
- Search using our business software for the part starting from the original part reference
- Manage quotes, orders and invoicing
- Ensure rigorous and personalized customer follow-up
Who are you ?
Are you comfortable with IT tools, do you enjoy teamwork, and do you know how to listen to better advise? You may be just the person we need!
- You are comfortable with computers and can quickly learn to use new tools.
- A good knowledge of auto parts is a important asset
- You are rigorous, organized and enjoy working in a team.
- You enjoy being of service and working in a dynamic environment
- Good spelling, careful presentation and good interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
What we offer you:
- Full-time permanent contract (37 hours/week) with increased overtime
- Salary from €2,200 gross/month (scalable according to experience)
